Premium members are registered nurse leaders or aspiring leaders, including RNs who hold or aspire to hold an organizational role in the administration or management of healthcare and are accountable for strategic, operational and or performance outcomes in sites where healthcare is delivered. Premium members include:

• Leaders who are faculty in graduate and undergraduate nursing programs, including deans and associate deans
• Consultants in nursing administration or management practice
• Nurses working in professional associations, regulatory agencies or accrediting health care organizations
• Retired CONL members and editors of professional journals
• Past Presidents of CONL
• Registered nurse students who are in nursing administration programs or other advanced educational programs
• Nurse managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Chief Nurse Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Executive Officers

Premium members duties and opportunities:

• Vote in annual board elections
• Run for board positions
• Be part of CONL’s Legislative Affairs committee
• Attend all educational meetings of CONL at no additional cost
