RN - Primary Care New

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an Exciting Potential Opportunity for a Primary Care Registered Nurse supporting The Veterans Administration Office of Community Care in Glendale, CO!

 Requirements:

• Graduate of a state-accredited professional nursing program OR a program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
• Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one (1) of the 50 States
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
• Current BLS

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient assessments, triage, and evaluations
• Execution of physician orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice
• Provide treatment and discharge instructions upon patient release
• Documentation of patient care and observations
• Provide patient education and emotional support
